2 Collection and return addresses

3 Return approval and collection

Allow at least 14 calendar days between your requested collection and the retailer’s deadline. Collection dates are requests and will be confirmed during allocation.

Add a two-person collection — £66 including VAT, plus fuel. Added once per booking. My retailer has approved this return and confirmed its receiving address. All items will be securely packaged and ready to collect. I have checked the items and total and accept the return transport terms.I authorise The Home Delivery Guys Ltd to save my payment method with Stripe and use it for a later reattendance charge for this booking following a documented customer-caused failed collection or delivery. The fee is 50% of the original transport base charge plus applicable VAT, with no additional fuel, capped at the reasonable loss caused. Each separate failed attempt may result in one charge. I will be told the reason and amount before payment is requested and receive a receipt if payment succeeds. This does not authorise driver-caused failure, cancellation or unrelated charges. I can withdraw permission for future saved-card charges through my booking or support.

Optional. You can book without saving your card. Any valid later fee can be paid through a secure payment page. Stripe holds your card details.
