Trial eligibility and what happens afterwards
- 60 days free for all Drive It users. Your trial begins after approval.
- No first-50 limit. One Drive It trial per user; duplicate accounts do not restart it.
- Secure Stripe checkout records your payment method and agreement to monthly renewal.
- After 60 days, your authorised subscription renews at £79 per month including VAT unless cancelled. Without a renewal agreement, paid access ends and saved records remain read-only.
- Any longer trial already granted keeps its confirmed end date.
Separate charges and service details
- Deliverate jobs are free to list. When a courier quote is accepted, the customer pays a booking fee of Your total price, including applicable VAT and selected extras, is shown before you confirm and pay. The courier charge is paid separately to the courier.
- Mapping is provided by Nexus without a personal Google Maps account or API key. Optional notification services and other published usage charges are separate.
- On Deliverate bookings, you set or accept the courier charge. The booking fee is added separately and does not reduce your agreed courier earnings.
- Optional customer tracking and POD costs £42 including VAT unless the selected service includes it. This customer charge is separate from courier pay and the Deliverate booking fee.
- Tracking needs the supported workflow, device permissions and connectivity. Jobs and earnings are not guaranteed.

Clear boundaries
Deliverate and Drive It support self-employed courier activity. VanDriver.work handles employed, temporary, agency and contract vacancies through its own candidate profile.

What you need to know before joining
Do I need separate accounts for Deliverate and Drive It?
No. Your Nexus driver account is the shared account for both services. Use one email address, one driver application and one approved identity.
Can I use Deliverate without paying for Drive It?
Yes. Deliverate is free for approved drivers to join and use to view suitable courier opportunities and submit quotes. Drive It is an optional subscription.
What does Drive It cost?
Drive It costs £79 including VAT per month when you choose to upgrade. All Drive It users receive 60 days free after approval. The apps are in beta. Set up your renewal in secure Stripe checkout: £79 including VAT per month from day 61, unless cancelled. Previously granted longer trials keep their confirmed end date.
Does Nexus guarantee courier work or earnings?
No. Opportunities depend on customer demand, location, vehicle requirements and job conditions. Drivers choose which suitable opportunities to pursue.
