What you need to know before joining

Do I need separate accounts for Deliverate and Drive It?

No. Your Nexus driver account is the shared account for both services. Use one email address, one driver application and one approved identity.

Can I use Deliverate without paying for Drive It?

Yes. Deliverate is free for approved drivers to join and use to view suitable courier opportunities and submit quotes. Drive It is an optional subscription.

What does Drive It cost?

Drive It costs £79 including VAT per month. The first 50 eligible completed driver registrations receive 90 days free from subscription activation. A card is required when Drive It is activated.

Does Nexus guarantee courier work or earnings?

No. Opportunities depend on customer demand, location, vehicle requirements and job conditions. Drivers choose which suitable opportunities to pursue.
